It has been a great experience going through Leadership coaching since last October and I have seen marked changes in myself which will help me in the leadership roles in the future.  Following are the learnings that I have been able to practice:


1. I have learnt how to deal with people and influence them through the principles of Dale Carnegie's 'How to Influence People' - being a good listener, being genuinely interested in other people, praising people, etc. This has helped my overall outlook as a person.

2. Stand and talk confidently in front of a large gathering. While I was afraid to take the podium to start with, through the coaching I have been able

At the very outset, I take this opportunity to thank you for leading me as a coach on my path of learning. Having said that let me also acknowledge that to agree to the idea of having a coach was one of the most difficult decision of my professional career of 20 years. It was very disturbing to fathom that I need to change and therefore had serious reservations of the concept of having a coach.
